- Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPI) designed to support practices over the next four years in sharing, adapting, and developing quality improvement strategies. - Quality Innovation Network (QIN)/Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs) that contract with CMS to improve effectiveness, efficiency, economy, and quality of services delivered to Medicare beneficiaries. The Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. (HSAG) is the Medicare QIO in California and offers no-cost technical assistance to help physicians understand and successfully implement the Quality Payment Program through their Quality Payment Program Service Center. - CMS Innovation Center APM Learning Systems https://innovation.cms.gov supports the development and testing of innovative health care payment and service delivery models. It can help physicians find specialized information on successful participation in the Advanced APM track or assisting practices who are in an APM that is not an Advanced APM maximize the benefits of being in an APM to help them be successful in MIPS.
